  • بیشترین فرکانس کاری 400MHz
  • حافظه NAND Flash با گنجایش 64Mb و NOR FLASH: 2Mb
  • حافظه mDDR گنجایش 2MB
قابل نصب بر روی برد می باشند و توانایی اجرای نرم افزارهای مربوطه
